Job Description

The Job

  • Global Strategy & Growth: Formulate and implement international expansion plans, targeting sustainable revenue growth and profitability while exploring new markets, partnerships, and business models.
  • Franchise & Market Oversight: Identify development opportunities, manage franchise agreements, strengthen partner relationships, ensure compliance, and enhance sales performance and operational efficiency.
  • Merchandising & Inventory Strategy: Plan and optimize product assortment, inventory, and category budgets to meet wholesale and retail objectives; analyze market trends and customer demand to uncover growth opportunities and improve profitability.
  • Brand Presentation & Visual Standards: Ensure consistent brand image across international stores, guide campaign and in-store presentation execution, and provide training and feedback to maintain high visual and commercial standards.
  • Performance Monitoring & Analytics: Build and maintain data-driven frameworks to track sales, market trends, and operational efficiency; use advanced analytics to inform strategic decisions, optimize revenue, and improve reporting processes for agility and insight.

The Talent

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a closely related discipline is desirable.
  • 10-15+ years of experience in global business expansion, franchise oversight, or retail management, including proven leadership within retail or franchise/wholesale sectors.
  • Experience in managing a team across different functions is a must.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving revenue growth and market expansion in international or franchise settings.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic capabilities, with the ability to convert insights into practical business strategies.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of retail operations, including merchandising, stock control, and visual presentation techniques.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to effectively manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial awareness, entrepreneurial approach, and adaptability in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment.
