Job Description:
The Head of Global CL Operations Excellence will lead the transformation and continuous improvement of the global contract logistics operations. This role is responsible for driving productivity, standardizing operations, and embedding lean and digital capabilities across all regions. The position will ensure scalable, efficient, and high-quality service delivery by building a globally consistent operating framework and rapidly resolving operational challenges.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead global continuous improvement initiatives using Lean expertise
- Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency across all CL sites
- Establish KPIs, dashboards, and performance management systems for global operations
- Identify and deploy best practices across regions to ensure consistency and scalability
- Lead transformation and turnaround projects for underperforming operations
- Collaborate with regional and country leaders to align operational strategies with business goals
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor's degree with 20 years of experience in relevant fields
- Proven track record in driving large-scale operational transformation and productivity improvement
- Strong backgroundin 3PL/ contract logistics operations
- Experience in multinational companies or complex, matrix organizations preferred
