Role Overview

We are looking for a Head of FX Liquidity / Crypto Trading Lead to design and manage BPN's currency conversion and liquidity strategy across multiple markets.

This role sits at the intersection of:

• crypto trading
• FX markets
• stablecoin liquidity
• payment infrastructure

You will manage how BPN sources and routes liquidity between local currencies and stablecoins (USDC/USDT) across multiple liquidity venues including OTC desks, P2P markets, centralized exchanges, and decentralized liquidity pools.

This is a highly strategic role with direct impact on pricing, execution quality, and profitability of the network.

Key Responsibilities

1. Liquidity & FX Strategy

• Design and manage liquidity sourcing for emerging market FX corridors (e.g. NGN, BRL, MXN, TRY, etc.)
• Monitor and compare pricing across:
• OTC desks
• P2P markets
• CEX order books
• DEX liquidity pools
• Develop optimal routing strategies for currency conversion between local fiat and stablecoins

2. Trading & Execution

• Execute arbitrage and liquidity balancing strategies across venues
• Manage stablecoin inventory and exposure
• Identify price inefficiencies between:
• local fiat markets
• stablecoin markets
• centralized exchanges
• decentralized exchanges

3. Liquidity Infrastructure

• Work with engineering to build tools and automation for:
• price monitoring
• arbitrage execution
• liquidity routing
• inventory management

4. Market Intelligence

• Track FX market dynamics in emerging markets
• Monitor capital control environments and local currency liquidity conditions
• Build a data-driven dashboard to track pricing and liquidity across markets
