About the Company

Our client is a leading Social Services provider and they support the wider population through a wide range of social, health and assistance programmes.

They are currently looking to hire a Head of Fundraising & Partnerships.

As a newly created mandate, the role will be instrumental in scaling the entire function from the ground up, working closely with senior leadership.

The role will drive the organization's strategic fundraising agenda and lead efforts to build donor relationships and secure sustainable funding.

This is a unique opportunity to have greater ownership, visibility, and direct social impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies aligned with organizational priorities
• Lead fundraising campaigns not limiting to major gifts, capital campaigns, annual giving, and planned giving initiatives
• Conceptualize grant proposals and funding applications, as well as compliance with mandatory reporting requirements
• Identify and cultivate strategic relationships with strategic donors not limiting to individuals, corporate partners, foundations, or philanthropic organizations
• Develop donor stewardship or engagement programs to maintain strong engagement and retention
• Develop fundraising performance metrics and internal tracking reports for senior leadership

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline
• At least 8 to 10 years of experience, with proven success in fundraising, partnerships, or business development
• Exceptional written, verbal communication and relationship-building skills
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
• Passionate about nonprofit or social service sector and committed to making a difference in society
