Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Financial Leadership & Business Partnering
- Own and drive full P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow performance across the Group
- Partner closely with CEO and Deputy COO to support strategic decision-making and business growth initiatives
- Provide forward-looking insights, scenario planning, and risk assessment
- Drive financial accountability across all markets and functions
2. Financial Planning & Performance Management (FP&A)
- Lead end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Establish strong performance management frameworks with clear KPIs and tracking
- Drive variance analysis, root cause identification, and action plans
- Develop standardised dashboards and reporting (Power BI / ERP-driven) to improve visibility
3. Cash Flow, Working Capital & Treasury
- Own cash flow planning, liquidity management, and funding strategy
- Drive working capital optimisation (inventory, receivables, payables)
- Establish strong discipline in cash forecasting and capital allocation
- Manage banking relationships and treasury operations
4. Accounting, Compliance & Governance
- Oversee Group accounting, financial reporting, and consolidation
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax requirements, and statutory reporting across all markets
- Strengthen internal controls, governance frameworks, and audit readiness
- Lead external engagements with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulators
5. Costing & Operational Finance
- Drive robust product costing methodologies and cost transparency
- Partner with operations, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to:
- Improve cost efficiency
- Identify margin improvement opportunities
- Lead cost control initiatives across production and business operations
6. Commercial Finance & Business Support
- Oversee commercial finance and business partnering for sales and marketing teams
- Drive pricing strategies, trade spend governance, and ROI optimisation
- Evaluate new business initiatives, product launches, and investments
- Ensure disciplined financial evaluation of commercial activities
7. Finance Transformation & Process Excellence
- Lead the transformation of finance into a structured, scalable, and high-performing function
- Standardise and implement SOPs, policies, and governance frameworks across all markets
- Improve systems utilisation (ERP, reporting tools) to enhance data accuracy and automation
- Address current gaps in:
- Visibility
- Process inefficiencies
- Data integrity
- Build a control tower finance capability to support real-time decision-making
8. Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead, coach, and develop a multi-country finance team
- Build strong second-line leadership (SM level and below)
- Drive a culture of:
- Accountability
- Continuous improvement
- Business partnership mindset
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CPA / CA or equivalent professional qualification preferred
- 12–18 years of relevant experience, with:
- Strong exposure to full finance leadership roles
- Proven track record in multi-entity / regional / global environments
- Experience across:
- Accounting & reporting
- FP&A & business partnering
- Cash flow & working capital management
- Prior experience in manufacturing / FMCG / multi-market operations is highly preferred
- Experience in finance transformation, system implementation, or process improvement is a strong advantage
