About the Role:
As the head of finance, you'll be at the heart of our financial operations, guiding them towards sustainable growth and success. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to lead a talented team and shape our financial strategy from the ground up. Your insights and expertise will be instrumental in steering our company towards greater heights. You will take ownership of the cash management, investments, budgeting, and financial reporting, ensuring alignment with the overarching strategic goals. You will lead the development of our annual operating, capital, and program budgets, ensuring accuracy and efficiency every step of the way. You will oversee our day-to-day accounting activities, consolidation, reporting, and internal control processes to ensure seamless cash flow compatibility with our operations. You will be instrumental in driving process perfection across the organization. Develop and implement best practices to enhance our fiscal management, project coordination, and cross-team communications, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the board. You will stay ahead of national and local financial requirements, ensuring that the company is always in line with the latest legislation and regulations. In this role, you will work closely with our senior management team to develop budget proposals, provide finance insights, and ensure compliance with contract/grant requirements. Your knack for risk management will be crucial as you research revenue opportunities, analyze internal operations, manage our liabilities and investments, and evaluate capital structure to mitigate risks and maximize returns.

Skills and Experience Needed:
You should ideally have over 12 years of experience, possess a talent for inspiring teams and driving results. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is essential, while an MBA/ CA/ CPA qualification is highly preferred to equip you for the challenges ahead. Proficiency in SAP & NetSuite will come as a strong advantage for this role. As you will be building up a team and driving change management in this role, prior experience in those will be good for this role.
