Head of Finance

Role Overview

Lead the finance function for a venture capitalbacked portfolio company with operations across Singapore and China.

Key Responsibilities

• Own finance operations, financial performance, cash flow, and delivery of key financial targets
• Partner with senior stakeholders to drive commercial and strategic decisions
• Lead post-acquisition financial integration, including systems, controls, and reporting
• Align accounting policies and finance processes across cross-border operations
• Track synergies, cost efficiencies, and working capital improvements
• Oversee treasury, tax, banking relationships, and regulatory compliance
• Build and develop a high-performing regional finance team
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and the Board

Requirements

• 15+ years of senior finance leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Advantageous to have PE/VC portfolio company exposure, including value creation and exit readiness
• Proven cross-border M&A integration experience across Southeast Asia and China
• Experience with ERP implementation or harmonisation
• Open to relocation to China for the first 11.5 years
