Head of Finance

Responsibilities:

1. Work as the finance manager of the Singapore subsidiary(Company) of a Chinese A-share listed company (Group), Responsible for the Company's finance department and related affairs

2. Establish and perfect the Company's financial management system and internal control system to meet the Group's standard

3. Prepare and review financial documents and reports. Regularly present financial reports and data to the Group as required

4. Check the validity and accuracy of contracts and payment documents

5. Complete monthly, quarterly and annual tax declarations, annual settlement and payment research local tax policies and conduct reasonable tax planning

6. Conduct financial management of the Company's assets, register ledgers and detailed accounts, conduct regular inventory checks to ensure the integrity and safety of the assets

7. According to the Company's strategic plan, cooperate to complete the annual budget and monthly financial and operational analysis, present to the Group

8. Promote the construction of financial formalization take management of accounting files such as vouchers, account books, and reports

9. Establish the department's organization structure and personnel allocation plan, build the talent pool within the department

10. Other tasks assigned by the Group.

Location:

Base in Singapore required to undergo 1-2 months of training in Beijing before officially taking office, and regularly travel to China's main office for submission of reports and meetings after taking office.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or relevant field, master is a plus

2. More than 5 years of work experience, with priority given to those with enterprise work experience

3. CPA/ACCA, have good understanding of financial operation and accounting regulations of Chinese listed companies , Chinese accounting standards and IFRS. The one who is also familiar with Singapore accounting standards and tax policies is preferred

4. Excellent professional ethics and excellent communication skills
