about the job

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will partner senior stakeholders in HQ and spearhead the financial strategic direction and operational setup for the Singapore business hub.

You will establish and lead the financial organizational structure, overseeing team development, internal controls, and compliance frameworks. In this role, you will drive the optimization of financial processes, ensuring strict adherence to authorization protocols and comprehensive risk management strategies. You will also oversee full spectrum of financial operations, including budget management, audit coordination, and ensuring accurate reporting in accordance with SFRS.

To support the migration of ERP system, you will also spearhead digital transformation initiatives by managing ERP system integration and utilizing financial data platforms to monitor capital efficiency.

skills and experience

You should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, and ideally be a CA/CPA/CFA. You will come with extensive experience in financial management within a multinational environment, with a strong grasp of local statutory requirements and cross-border financial control measures.
