Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for the Head of Finance. The Head of Finance will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes. Key responsibilities include managing financial statements, analyzing financial data, creating financial strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role also involves budgeting, overseeing financial reports, and providing key insights to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Finance-related decision-making
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Ability to work independently and communicate financial insights effectively
• MBA in Finance, CPA certification, or related advanced degree is a strong asset
• Experience in strategic financial leadership roles is preferred
