Lead the SAP sales and partnership function for a technology firm entering the Singapore market. You will shape the gotomarket strategy, build a highperforming team, and drive revenue through new sales, channel partnerships, and account expansion across the SAP portfolio (S/4HANA, Cloud, SuccessFactors, etc.). You will report to the Regional Vice President, APAC.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Singapore SAP sales and partnership roadmap aligned with regional growth targets.
- Recruit, mentor, and coach a team of sales executives and partnership managers set quotas, review performance, and drive a culture of accountability.
- Own the full sales cycle - prospecting, solution design, pricing, negotiation, contract closure, and renewal.
- Develop and manage strategic alliances with system integrators, ISVs, cloud providers, and consulting firms.
- Expand existing accounts, drive upsell/crosssell of SAP solutions, and ensure high Net Promoter Scores.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Solutions, Professional Services, and Finance to deliver integrated value propositions.
- Provide regular pipeline, forecast, and performance reports to senior leadership.
- Monitor SAP product roadmaps, competitive landscape, and market trends feed insights back to product and marketing teams.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 1015 years of B2B sales leadership, with at least 5 years focused on SAP or other enterprise software solutions.
- Proven record of exceeding multimillionSGD revenue targets in a competitive market.
- Experience leading a team of 1020 sales and partnership professionals, preferably in a matrix or regional structure.
- Deep knowledge of SAP Cloud, S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, or related modules SAP certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) is a plus.
- Strong network of contacts within Singapore's finance, manufacturing, retail, and government sectors.
- Fluency in English knowledge of Mandarin or Bahasa Melayu is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field MBA or SAP certification desirable.
