We are seeking a seasoned Senior Management Professional, Enterprise Data Governance & Architecture to drive data strategy, governance, and platform initiatives across complex enterprise environments. This role is critical in partnering with business and technology stakeholders to establish scalable data governance operating models and deliver enterprise-wide data and analytics solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and shape enterprise data management, governance, and architecture strategies across multiple business domains and systems.
- Design, implement, and operationalize enterprise data governance frameworks, policies, standards, and operating models.
- Partner with business leaders and technology teams to translate business objectives into enterprise data strategies and governance models.
- Drive the implementation of enterprise data platforms and analytics environments (e.g., Snowflake, Qlik, or equivalent technologies).
- Provide thought leadership on data quality, master data management (MDM), metadata management, and data lifecycle management.
- Engage, influence, and present to senior leadership, steering committees, and governance forums.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional transformation initiatives, working across business, IT, and external partners.
- Navigate and manage complex enterprise ecosystems with multiple source systems, data domains, and integration points.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring alignment between data governance initiatives and broader enterprise transformation goals.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise data management, data governance, or data architecture leadership roles.
- Proven track record of establishing and running enterprise data governance frameworks and operating models.
- Hands-on experience delivering enterprise data platforms and analytics solutions in large-scale environments.
- Strong expertise in data governance, data quality management, and master data management.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in large, complex enterprises with diverse data landscapes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills at senior leadership levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Management, or a related discipline.
Preferred Certifications
- Professional certifications such as CDMP, DCAM, TOGAF, or equivalent enterprise architecture / data management credentials are highly advantageous.
