- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap across AI, cloud, data, and software engineering.
- Lead the delivery of government related projects
- Cultivate a high-performance culture centered on Cloud Native (AWS or Azure)
- Reporting to CEO. Will be managing close to 20 people this year.
skills and requirements
- Min 10 years of software engineering/solutions architect working experience
- Hands-on technical software experience background
- Has experience with AI projects before. This role needs to do hands-on at the beginning. Will be more towards management role in the future.
- Comprehensive understanding of applied AI, including data preparation, prompt engineering, and the monitoring of deployed LLM models.
- Significant experience deploying sophisticated software and AI systems within privacy-sensitive or air-gapped enclave environments.
- Track record in scaling technical teams and implementing robust DevSecOps and engineering maturity frameworks.
