Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and organised Head of Early Intervention Programme(EIP) to support the leadership and operations of our Early Intervention Programme. The role involvesoverseeing student support services, curriculum coordination, parent engagement, team mentoring, and programme development to ensurehigh-quality inclusive education for students with diverse learning needs.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Management & Student Support

  • Oversee the day-to-day coordination and delivery of the Early Intervention Programme (EIP).
  • Act as a key liaison for prospective and current parents, providing guidance on student placement,progress and programme support.
  • Coordinate studentplacement assessments and class allocations, working closely with teachers andtherapists.
  • Lead and coordinatestudent support services to ensure effective learning, behavioural support andimplementation of Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) for students withdiverse learning needs.
  • Oversee IEPs,progress reports, student records and teaching documentation, ensuringappropriate quality and record-keeping standards.
  • Support curriculum planning, classroom resources, inclusive education practices and ongoingprogramme development.
  • Conduct small-groupteaching sessions for children with learning difficulties when required.
  • Organise Parent-Teacher Conferences, parent workshops and ongoing communication withfamilies.
  • Mentor, train andsupport EIP teachers, teaching assistants, volunteers and interns, and assistwith staff performance reviews.
  • Organise andfacilitate team meetings and coordinate with relevant therapists and otherprofessionals involved in the programme.
  • Manage staffdeployment and scheduling during absences to minimise disruption to studentlearning.
  • Support SOP updates,audits and compliance requirements to maintain programme and documentationstandards.
  • Assist with new projects, resource planning, programme expansion and operational improvements.
  • Coordinate resources and materials required for classroom activities, school events, outings, parentworkshops and programme-related marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Master / Degree in Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in special education with 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience working with children with special needs, developmental delays, or learning difficulties is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and families.
  • Passion for supporting children with diverse learning needs.
