Job Summary
Lead distributionstrategy and drive revenue growth across key markets by managing distributornetworks, developing new business, and strengthening client relationships inthe construction materials sector.
KeyResponsibilities
- Develop and execute distribution and market expansionstrategies
- Lead, manage, and grow distributor networks whileidentifying new business opportunities
- Drive sales across sectors such as construction,transportation, manufacturing, and waterproofing/roofing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with keyaccounts to maximise revenue growth
- Develop marketing plans, pricing strategies, and salestools to penetrate target markets
- Collaborate with technical and customer service teamsto ensure strong product positioning and client support
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, andcustomer performance to identify growth opportunities
- Oversee sales operations including reporting,forecasting, quotations, and issue resolution
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in distribution /sales within construction materials or related industry
- Strong knowledge of sealing, bonding,waterproofing, or roofing systems
- Proven track record in driving revenue growththrough distributor networks and direct sales channels
- Experience managing key accounts and developing newbusiness opportunities
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and stakeholdermanagement skills
- Possess own vehicle and willing to travel as required
