Head of Distribution (Sealing & Bonding Solutions)

Job Summary:

• Basic Salary: $6000 - $7000

• Working hours: Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 5.15pm

• Working Location: Tuas South

• Attractive Allowances + Attractive Bi-Annual Comms + Yearly Performance Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute regional distribution and market expansion strategies to drive revenue growth across assigned territories

• Lead, expand, and optimise distributor networks, while actively acquiring new clients and strategic partners

• Drive sales performance across key segments including construction, transportation, manufacturing, and waterproofing/roofing

• Build and manage key account relationships to maximise revenue, retention, and long-term business value

• Design and implement commercial strategies, including pricing frameworks, go-to-market plans, and targeted campaigns

• Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, operations, and customer service teams to ensure strong product positioning and seamless customer experience

• Analyse market trends, competitor landscape, and customer performance to identify growth opportunities and refine sales strategies

• Oversee end-to-end sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, quotation governance, and issue resolution

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Building/Construction, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in distribution, sales, or business development within the sealing, bonding, waterproofing, or related industry

• Proven success in growing revenue via distributors and direct sales

• Willing to travel for site visits and client meetings
