Head of Digital Transformation & Innovation

I'm currently partnering with a well-established financial institution to find a Head of Digital Transformation & Innovation.

We are looking for a heavyweight orchestrator to spearhead their most ambitious, cross-functional tech transformations across AI, blockchain, digital assets, and advanced data products.

This isn't your standard PMO role. Operating at the intersection of business and technology, you will be the central node connecting business executives, technical teams, and external vendors to drive massive change in a highly matrixed environment.

What we're looking for:

• 15+ years of experience leading multi-threaded, complex tech programs in large corporate ecosystems.
• Tech Fluency: Strong working knowledge of how emerging technologies integrate into legacy systems.
• Methodological Mastery: Deep expertise spanning Agile and traditional SDLC (PMP highly preferred).
• Executive Presence: The credibility to influence C-suite stakeholders and the grit to cut through complexity and ambiguity.
