Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a global digital growth strategy.
- Own and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid search, social, programmatic, and affiliates.
- Lead and manage the marketing technology stack (CRM, automation, analytics, attribution).
- Ensure data quality, identity resolution, and personalized customer journeys.
- Optimize website and app funnels to improve conversion and engagement.
- Partner with Product, UX, and Data teams to test and iterate on digital experiences.
- Implement a test-and-learn framework for channels, messaging, and campaigns.
- Drive segmentation-based, personalized growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to align strategies and campaigns.
- Build dashboards, attribution models, and reporting to guide decisions and measure ROI.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in digital growth, performance marketing, or martech leadership.
- Proven experience working in a high-growth company environment.
- Expertise in paid media, social, programmatic, and affiliate marketing.
- Hands-on experience with CRM, automation, CDP, and analytics platforms.
- Strong track record of optimizing digital funnels and improving conversion rates.
- Skilled in data-driven decision-making, A/B testing, and experimentation.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across marketing, product, and analytics.
- Knowledge of attribution modeling, reporting, and KPI tracking.
- Ability to translate global strategies into scalable execution plans.
