The Head of Dept OEM & Central Sales APME position is responsible for :
Direct Management: Asian Key account managers International scope dimension in an intercultural environment:
- Leads the coordination of actions in the APME zone regarding OEMs
- Directly manages OEMs activity in certain key markets.
- Manages all global negotiations with Asian based OEMs
- Ensures the proper management of contracts with the following OEMs and partners
- Implements all the actions necessary for the sustainable development of relations with Asian OEMs to develop the existing business flow.
- Coordinates the actions of the Technical Department (TPE) towards Asian OEMs.
- Coordinates the actions of TotalEnergies operating entities and manages relationships with our customer partners and lubricants producers.
- Proactively prospect and develop EV business with the existing OEM accounts as well as new accounts in coordination with Global EV Key Account Manager as well as EV Products & Services team -

Requirement
- Qualification level required for the position : Bachelor, Master's or equivalent level
- Technical skills required for the position : minimum interest in mechanics or automotive
- Behavioral competencies required for the position : This position has a strong intercultural management with a necessary autonomy (the managers are in Paris). Local teams to manage are important in size as well in market complexity.
- The position has a direct P&L with customers and prospects (negotiation skills and experience) and works as well closely with affiliates around the world, where Asian OEMs have strong positions.
- Strong soft skills are needed to drive the business and mobilize the needed resources across the organization. Leadership, ability to take initiative and charisma are expected for being successful
- Certification required for the position : This position requires a strong appetite for technics (products, engines) applications and to be methodical, well organized.
- Specific knowledge required for the position : International environment, manage different cultures, strong negotiations skills
- Level of experience required for the position : 10-15 years experience, including international business context
