Job Description:
- The Head of Department - Finance Management Department is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of financial and operational excellence across the region.
- This role partners closely with headquarters and local business leaders to drive sustainable growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver operational excellence. The incumbent will lead high-impact initiatives, strengthen organizational capabilities, and align financial strategies with corporate objectives to maximize business value.

- Others: - Drive special projects, transformation initiatives, and HQ-driven programs including SSC establishment. - Ensure alignment with corporate governance and global policies.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification.
- CPA, ACCA, or CFA certification preferred.
- Over 10 years of experience in corporate finance, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven experience in multinational corporations and regional leadership roles.
- Strong track record in strategic planning, financial transformation and business partnering.
- Deep expertise in financial systems (e.g. SAP or equivalent ERP systems)
- Strong financial modelling, data analytics and reporting capabilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and regional tax regulations.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.3
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Capability to work under pressure in a structured manner
- Willing to travel as this is a Regional Role
