Head of Data Centre Investments

This is an excellent opportunity to join a global data centre operator with sizable footprints and ambitious growth plans. To support the growth of their data centre portfolio, they are looking for a seasoned Data Centre Investment leader to join their team in Singapore.

Role

Reporting to the Managing Director and managing a team of qualified professionals, you will spearhead the investment and growth activities across Asia Pacific. You will play a pivotal role in originating and evaluating opportunities, developing market entry and exit strategies, assessing key data centre drivers and leading end-to-end transactions. This is a highly visible role where you will actively charting the future growth and directions for the data centre portfolio.

Experience

Ideally, you bring 15+ years of experience with a track record of successful transactions in data centres. You have a deep appreciation of data centre development and investment strategies, as well as a strong foundation across deal origination, structuring and execution. To succeed in this role, you will be described as commercial, perceptive and hands-on.
