We're a high-profile fintech company expanding quickly across Asia, and we're looking for a Head of Customer Success who can blend strategic thinking with a deeply human approach to leadership.

This role isn't about managing tickets or dashboards it's about shaping how our clients experience us. You'll guide a talented regional team, partner closely with senior leadership, and help some of the most influential financial institutions in APAC get real value from our platform.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading the entire APAC Customer Success organisation with a calm, steady hand
  • Guiding enterprise clients through onboarding, adoption, and long-term strategic partnership
  • Building a culture focused on trust, transparency, and thoughtful problem-solving
  • Translating client feedback into clear actions for product, engineering, and leadership
  • Developing playbooks, success frameworks, and growth strategies tailored to the region
  • Coaching and mentoring CS managers and specialists, helping them build fulfilling careers
  • Representing the voice of APAC customers at the global leadership table

What we're looking for

  • Senior experience in Customer Success or account management, ideally in fintech or SaaS
  • A proven ability to lead high-performing teams across diverse cultures and markets
  • Someone who brings warmth, credibility, and emotional intelligence to every conversation
  • A strategic thinker who can work comfortably with enterprise clients across APAC
  • Clear communication skills confident without ego, structured without being rigid
  • A leader who genuinely enjoys collaboration and sees ambiguity as an opportunity
