About Our Client

Our client is a global bank looking to appoint a Head of Credit Risk in Singapore. The role calls for a senior credit leader with strong financing and structuring experience, sound deal judgement and the confidence to make independent decisions across a diverse portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead credit risk assessment and approval for corporate and institutional clients

• Review complex financing structures, transactions and lending proposals

• Assess risk across sectors, markets and a broad range of lending products

• Provide clear, independent challenge while working constructively with deal teams

• Set credit conditions, monitor portfolio risks and manage emerging exposures

• Represent Credit Risk in senior business and governance discussions

• Lead and develop the credit risk team

Requirements

• Extensive credit risk experience in a global or regional bank

• Strong track record in credit structuring, financing transactions and credit decisioning

• Broad sector and lending product exposure, including complex or cross-border deals

• Credibility with senior bankers and the judgement to make difficult credit calls

• Strong leadership skills and a commercial understanding of how deals are originated and executed
