Job Description

A fast-growing cross-border payments platform is hiring a Head of Corporate Money Transfer & FX OTC to lead its institutional FX and corporate transfer business.

This is a P&L-owning leadership role responsible for building and scaling an institutional FX OTC desk while driving corporate cross-border money transfer revenue. You will oversee pricing strategy, spread management, hedging frameworks, liquidity sourcing, and counterparty risk across key currency corridors.

You will originate and manage large corporate clients with recurring cross-border flows, structuring tailored FX and settlement solutions that optimise margin and execution. The role also requires close coordination with Treasury to manage liquidity provisioning, nostro balances, pre-funding optimisation, and capital efficiency.

On the OTC side, you will lead quote management, RFQ execution, and pricing strategy while ensuring disciplined risk management across exposure limits and settlement risk. You will build and manage relationships with liquidity providers, banks, prime brokers, and market makers to ensure competitive pricing and depth.

The role requires a strong understanding of FX hedging mechanics, correspondent banking structures, settlement flows, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Experience integrating digital or tokenised settlement rails is a strong advantage.

We are looking for a senior leader with 10+ years of experience in FX markets, institutional sales, treasury, or cross-border payments. You should bring proven experience building or scaling an OTC desk, managing spreads and liquidity, and leading high-performance commercial teams.
