Job Description

Role Mandate: Spearhead the strategic advisory and corporate finance advisory practice out of our Singapore regional headquarters, acting as the primary licensed principal executive.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the principal regulatory-approved leader steering corporate advisory initiatives and transaction units on the ground in Singapore.
Drive client acquisition and lead complex international capital market transactions, strategic mergers and acquisitions, and pre-public equity financing structures.
Oversee transaction engineering, enforce rigorous execution standards, and maintain direct communications with local regulatory bodies.
Maintain extensive working knowledge of the Greater China corporate landscape.
Showcase a proven portfolio of managing cross-border deal flows linking North American exchanges (such as Nasdaq or NYSE) and Hong Kong (HKEX) with Southeast Asian networks.
Bring an established, high-value professional network connecting corporate clients, private wealth management family offices, and institutional investors.

Requirements:

Mandatory Regulatory & Licensing Standards
Fully meet statutory Fit & Proper governance benchmarks required for designated principal representatives and senior executive leadership.
Bring 10 or more years of progressive investment banking or corporate finance execution background gained within Singapore or primary international financial centers.
Possess all required statutory credentials or qualify for exemptions under applicable corporate finance compliance codes.
