Job Description
- Act as the CEO's strategic partner on corporate development, long‑range planning and value creation initiatives
- Lead end‑to‑end M&A execution, including target screening, valuation, due diligence, negotiations and post‑merger integration
- Build and own complex financial models to support investment decisions, capital structuring and scenario analysis
- Evaluate new market entry, partnership and platform expansion opportunities globally
- Prepare board‑level materials, investment memos and strategic recommendations
- Work closely with finance, legal, operations and external advisors to ensure disciplined execution
- Take ownership of key enterprise‑wide strategic projects with measurable outcomes
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Head Of Corporate Development Should Have
- 10+ years of experience across corporate development, investment banking, strategy consulting or principal investing
- Strong grounding in finance, valuation, financial modelling and transaction structuring
- Proven experience executing cross‑border M&A and complex strategic transactions
- Ability to operate as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and boards
- Track record of working in fast‑paced, growth‑oriented or transformation environments
- High ownership mindset with strong analytical, communication and execution skills
