About the Company
A growing investment firm in Singapore with regional exposure, serving private investors and managing a range of investment and business activities.
Key Scope
- Oversee legal and compliance matters across the business.
- Advise management on transactions, contracts and regulatory matters.
- Develop and maintain internal policies, controls and compliance processes.
- Manage regulatory filings and liaison with external advisers.
- Identify and manage legal, regulatory and operational risks.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with relevant Singapore experience.
- Min 5 years in financial services, investments, funds or a related sector.
- Strong understanding of regulatory and corporate matters.
- Commercially minded with good stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work independently in a lean, fast-paced environment.
