We are seeking a commercially driven Head of Commercial to lead revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic partnerships across the maritime and adjacent sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales and go-to-market strategies to drive revenue growth
Own pipeline management, forecasting, pricing strategy, and target achievement
Lead enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through contract negotiation and closure
Manage and grow key accounts, driving retention, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities
Build strategic channel and partnership networks to expand market reach
Represent the organisation at industry events and strengthen brand positioning
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure strong client delivery and long-term value creation
Requirements:
10+ years of sales or business development experience
Proven success in enterprise B2B sales and revenue ownership
Strong network within Maritime, Industrial Tech, Safety, Wellness, Fintech, or Telehealth sectors
Experience engaging C-suite stakeholders and negotiating complex contracts
Entrepreneurial and strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
