Head of Commercial - Data Centre

Aurex Group has partnered with a leading data centre developer and operator. We are seeking an experienced commercial leader to drive customer growth, strategic partnerships and market expansion for a leading digital infrastructure business. Based in Singapore, this role will lead a high-performing team and work closely with senior stakeholders, customers, investors and partners to originate, negotiate and deliver complex commercial opportunities across the region.

Responsibilities

• Set commercial terms for major customer opportunities.
• Negotiate proposals with customers and internal teams.
• Build relationships with senior customers, investors and partners.
• Lead new-market, development and partnership opportunities.
• Manage market intelligence, live opportunities and the commercial team.

Required Skills

• Experience negotiating complex commercial or property agreements.
• Strong communication and senior stakeholder-management skills.
• Knowledge of digital infrastructure, commercial real estate or related sectors.
• Experience leading teams and cross-functional projects.
• Commercial, organised and adaptable under pressure.
