We are looking for an experienced commercial leader to drive revenue growth across ASEAN by expanding partner-led sales and developing new routes to market. This role will be responsible for shaping regional channel strategy, leading a team of channel managers, and supporting enterprise sales execution for Cloud Security SaaS solutions.
The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of channel leadership, enterprise sales experience, and a solid understanding of subscription-based cybersecurity offerings.
Channel Strategy & Growth
Develop and execute regional channel strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
Enable and scale existing partners through joint business planning, pipeline development, and regular performance reviews.
Identify, recruit, onboard, and develop new resellers and Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) to expand market reach and revenue opportunities.
Sales Leadership
Drive Cloud Security SaaS revenue through a combination of partner-led and direct enterprise engagements.
Support strategic and high-value enterprise opportunities to ensure sustainable growth in recurring subscription revenue.
Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver coordinated go-to-market initiatives.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, coach, and develop regional channel managers across ASEAN markets.
Define clear performance objectives, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with regional sales targets.
Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
Market & Partner Development
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, strategic partners, and key stakeholders.
Track market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to inform commercial strategy.
Represent the business at industry events, partner meetings, and regional engagements as required.
- 8-12 years of experience in vendor-side sales or channel leadership, with a proven track record in Cloud SaaS sales.
- Proven experience in vendor-side sales, channel management, or commercial leadership within a Cloud SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and subscription-based business models.
- Experience managing or supporting direct enterprise sales opportunities.
- Demonstrated success in building, enabling, and scaling partner ecosystems.
- Experience working across ASEAN or APAC markets is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
