- Leading a team of Hybrid Mesh Sales Specialists in APAC, supporting Check Point's Cloud based management strategy
- Defining and implementing the Hybrid Mesh strategy within APAC for Enterprise Sales.
- Developing sales and marketing plans to drive revenue
- Being a point of contact for the Hybrid Mesh Sales team internally, with the Channels and the End users
- Training, educating and supporting our sales forces internally
- Recruiting and managing specialized VAR partners
- Demonstrating and presenting our Threat solutions to end users and partners executives
- Looking after new business opportunities
- Defining and delivering sales forecast
- Taking full ownership of the role, managing conflicting constraints and driving each project to successful completion
Qualifications
Desired Background
- 5 years of sales management/leadership, as well as 5 years of experience in a Field Sales position with a software company or technology related company.
- Background in selling cloud security solutions to Enterprise customers preferred.
- Strong selling skills into major accounts, with an understanding of large business organizations and their buying cycles.
- Willingness to call into executive contacts and strategically position Check Point as a business solution, and not just a product fit.
- A proven track record of success is critical
- Must be a self-starter, who is self-sufficient with a positive attitude, and a strong closer
- Experience with Salesforce or similar Sales tracking tool as well as strong MS Office skills
- Must be eligible to work in the Australia without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future
