Head of Client Support Group (CSG) - Asia Pacific

Natixis CIB is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Client Support Group (CSG) based in Singapore to lead our end-to-end client lifecycle support across Asia Pacific and the Middle East.

In this crucial role, you will oversee client onboarding, KYC/AML, sanctions screening, and client documentation. You'll partner closely with Front Office, Compliance, Operations, and IT to ensure an efficient, risk-aware, and client-centric platform that drives our corporate and investment banking activities.

You will:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing regional CSG team across multiple locations.
  • Drive continuous improvement, process standardization, and digital innovation in client lifecycle management.
  • Ensure robust governance, compliance, and risk management across all CSG operations.
  • Collaborate with global teams to shape and implement best-in-class client support solutions.

Ideal Candidate: 12-18 years financial services experience (8+ in KYC/Onboarding/Sanctions), with 5-7 years in leadership. Deep expertise in KYC/AML regulations, client lifecycle processes, and managing stakeholders. A proven track record in driving change and transformation is essential.
