Job Description

YOUR ROLE

Contribute business growth throughownership of CEVA commercial relationship regionally with strategic customersacross Air, Ocean, Contract Logistics, and Ground & Rail.

  • Provide vital interface linkbetween customer regional management team and CEVA internal operations,product, tender, and management.
  • Provide primary point ofescalation for customers across the Asia Pacific region, build relationship,and solve issues as quickly as possible with the support of the operationsteams at country and regional level.
  • Deliver performance against NetRevenue targets for the assigned accounts.
  • Act as CEVA brand ambassadorwithin the industry

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO

  • Manage the globally agreedbusiness scope between CEVA and customer operationally across the CEVA productsAir, Ocean, Contract Logistics, Ground & Rail.
  • Support global strategicreviews of account strategy, account plan and development by working closelywith GKAM and regional support growth across different products and countries.
  • Monitor agreed KPI's forspecific accounts to ensure service compliance & customer satisfaction.Work with customers and CEVA internal teams on Continuous Improvement Plans.
  • Monitor Regional DSO of thecustomer receivables and take necessary actions to ensure sustainable cash flowsituation on the nominated accounts.
  • Conduct QBR's for nominatedcustomers together with the National KAM teams in the key countries.
  • Ensure opportunities areidentified early to inform internal stakeholders in advance for proper resourceplanning increasing our chances of success.
  • Ensure CRM system is properlyalways maintained with all opportunities.
  • Provide visibility to CEVAmanagement on all the important stakeholders, escalations, and deadlines wheretheir support is required.
  • Work with Product on developingnew solutions customized for the industry and offering competitive advantageagainst competitors.
  • Maintain a high level ofcommunication and alignment with the OKAM and TKAM assigned on the account toprotect profitability and boost efficiency in customer service.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or level ofworking/thinking
  • Education in transport &logistics

Experience

  • 10 years in operations Air orOcean
  • Experienced in customermeetings
  • Familiar with Continuousimprovement methodology and analytic and visualisation tools
  • Ground & Rail
  • Contract Logistics
  • Customs clearance
  • Analytical skills
  • Knowledge of supply chainlogistics
  • Strong understanding of allglobal & local applications and SOPs/guidelines as well as regulatory &compliance rules.
  • Ability to lead process reviews& facilitate user training.
