Role Description

This full-time hybrid role, based in Singapore with some remote work flexibility, is ideal for a Head of Client Relations, Account Manager, or Customer Service Executive. The selected candidate will oversee client relationships, develop strategies to ensure customer satisfaction, and act as the primary point of contact for key clients. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, ensuring successful onboarding, resolving concerns promptly, coordinating with internal teams to execute client goals, and identifying expansion opportunities. Building and maintaining trust-based relationships with key stakeholders will be central to this role.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in client relationship management, account management, or customer service roles
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to hybrid working environments, with both in-office and remote collaboration
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Proficient in CRM tools and data analysis to track and improve client satisfaction and engagement
  • Team management and leadership experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
