Role Description
This full-time hybrid role, based in Singapore with some remote work flexibility, is ideal for a Head of Client Relations, Account Manager, or Customer Service Executive. The selected candidate will oversee client relationships, develop strategies to ensure customer satisfaction, and act as the primary point of contact for key clients. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, ensuring successful onboarding, resolving concerns promptly, coordinating with internal teams to execute client goals, and identifying expansion opportunities.
