Role Overview

The Head of Channel Partnerships is responsible for defining, building, and scaling Xendit's channel and partner ecosystem. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, shaping long-term partner strategy while directly driving partner engagement and go-to-market outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute channel partnerships strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Design scalable partner programs and governance frameworks.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with global and regional. partners, including technology platforms and ecosystem enablers.
  • Develop joint go-to-market plans and manage partner performance.
  • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing partnerships team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure scalability and compliance.
  • Define and track partnership success metrics.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of relevant work experience in partnerships, alliances, business development, or go-to-market leadership.
  • Experience building and scaling partner programs across multiple markets.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and execution capabilities.
  • Global mindset and willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in fintech, technology, or enterprise software.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
