Job Responsibilities
. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize their potential and performance
. Identify and secure new business opportunities by targeting corporate clients, event organizers, and private individuals
. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities
. Oversee the preparation and presentation of customized catering proposals and quotations to clients
. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their catering needs and preferences
. Ensure exceptional customer service before, during, and after events to guarantee client satisfaction and repeat business
. Collaborate with the operations and culinary teams to ensure seamless execution of catering events
. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets providing regular reports to senior management
Requirements
. Proven experience as a Head of Catering Sales, preferably in the catering, hospitality, or F&B industry.
. Knowledge of the Singapore catering market and industry trends is a plus.
. Strong leadership and team management skills.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales ordering software.
. Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
