Head of Capital Raising - REIT

Aurex Group is partnering with a REIT in Singapore, we are seeking a senior capital-markets professional to lead fundraising and investor engagement for a growing business. The role will develop equity, debt and private-capital solutions to support expansion, acquisitions and long-term value creation.

Day to day

• Lead equity, debt and private-capital fundraising.
• Build relationships with investors, lenders and capital partners.
• Execute funding for acquisitions and development projects.
• Manage advisers, due diligence, investor materials and roadshows.
• Monitor markets, funding costs and investor appetite.

Requirements

• Strong capital raising, banking, private equity or infrastructure-finance background.
• Proven equity and/or debt fundraising experience.
• Established investor, lender and capital-partner network.
• Strong financial, commercial and transaction skills.
• Credible communicator with senior stakeholder experience.
