• Cultivate a robust referral network involving external asset managers, family offices, and tier-1 banking platforms.

• Act as a lead consultant on complex investment structures, including variable capital companies and offshore trust frameworks.

• Serve as the primary strategic bridge between regional client requirements and the firms technical operational capabilities.

skills and experience required.

• At least 10 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or top-tier securities firms with a focus on asset mobilization.

• Proven track record of managing high-value networks and influencing significant offshore capital movements.

• Deep technical expertise in cross-border financial regulations and sophisticated custody models within Singapore and Hong Kong.

• Strong background in digital wealth platforms or B2B asset management models to leverage technology for scalable growth.

• Linguistic proficiency in Mandarin to manage core client relationships, alongside professional English for corporate reporting.
