About the Role

Fortune Times is a Singapore-based media and thought-leadership platform with over 20 years of history, focusing on business, innovation, and China-ASEAN engagement.

We are seeking a senior Head of Business Development & Partnerships to drive high-value commercial projects, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships.

This role goes beyond transactional sales and focuses on long-term partnerships, branding, and content-based commercial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business development, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships
  • Structure high-value projects involving content, forums, research, and branding
  • Build and manage relationships with corporate, institutional, and regional partners
  • Strengthen Fortune Times brand presence in Singapore and ASEAN
  • Work closely with editorial, digital, and publishing teams

Requirements

  • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • 8+ years experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or commercial roles
  • Experience in media, events, PR, publishing, or thought-leadership platforms preferred
  • Understanding of the ASEAN-China business environment
  • Familiarity with sponsorship models, forums, or industry events
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English is a strong advantage

KPIs

  • Sponsorship and partnership revenue
  • Content/IP solution deals closed
  • New partners acquired
  • Account retention and renewal
  • Quality of proposals and stakeholder feedback
