Academies Australasia College (AAC) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our student recruitment, business development, and sales operations. Meet and exceed marketing and sales targets through effective planning and execution
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to drive performance and profitability
Develop and implement sales strategies, business development initiatives, and marketing support programs
Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders at senior and mid-management levels
Collaborate with internal teams to support cross-territory opportunities and marketing material development
Monitor competitive landscape, market trends, and economic indicators
Communicate AAC's value proposition, processes, and partnerships effectively
Prepare annual sales and gross-profit plans, including forecasting and regional sales quotas
Maintain sales volume, product mix, and pricing competitiveness
Recruit, train, and manage sales staff and education agents, ensuring they remain updated and supported
Identify and resolve agent-related challenges strategically
Manage sales forecasting, planning, and buyer-driven marketing processes with high accuracy and consistency
Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the sales and marketing department
Analyze pipeline and lead data to deliver key business insights
Provide periodic reporting on demand generation, conversion rates, market segmentation, and pipeline trends
Track KPIs related to lead management and opportunity conversion to ensure a strong closed-loop process
Improve lead and pipeline data quality through analytics and guidance
Minimum academic qualification: At least a Degree in Business Management or Marketing
Language proficiency: Strong command of English and Mandarin
Work experience: Minimum 5 years of Sales and Marketing experience
Competent with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to understand the impact of operational initiatives from a sales/marketing perspective
Strong reporting and communication skills, with proven ability to analyze data, build reports, and make strategic recommendations based on trends
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
Proven success in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Strong business acumen with creative, solution-oriented thinking
Excellent presentation skills
Ability to maintain strong and effective agent relationships
Strong negotiation and sales planning skills
Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
