Head of Business Development

Report to: Managing Director, KONE Singapore
Job Summary:
The Head of Business Development is responsible for shaping and executing strategic initiatives that drive growth, market expansion, and competitive positioning for the company. This role focuses on identifying, developing and leading all business opportunities-ranging from partnerships, key accounts to large scale transformation projects-while driving early engagement, managing deal development and aligning cross-functional efforts. The successful candidate combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, strong commercial acumen, and deep industry knowledge, as well as in ensuring the NBS and Modernization BL achieves specific targets on major projects.
