Job Description

Responsibilities

Portfolio Strategy & Transaction Management

  • Lead and coordinate commercial lease transactions, aligned with business demand.

  • Provide strategic input into portfolio optimisation, including footprint rationalisation, expansion planning, and alternative occupancy strategies.

Portfolio Governance & Data Management

  • Ensure all Asset Management activities are delivered in accordance with the client's standards, policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.

  • Identify and proactively manage portfoliolevel risks, escalating issues where required.

Stakeholder & Business Partnering

  • Build strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor, providing clear, commercially sound recommendations to support decisionmaking.

  • Represent Asset Management in senior forums, ensuring transparency, alignment, and timely communication.

Financial & Contract Management

  • Ensure financial obligations, lease terms, and key commercial milestones are tracked and updated on a timely basis.

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimisation initiatives across the portfolio.

Operational Excellence

  • Support the client's broader Corporate Real Estate and workplace strategy by proactively identifying operational needs, potential risks, and service gaps, ensuring they are addressed through the appropriate processes and channels.

  • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams-including property management, technical services, workplace operations, housekeeping, and thirdparty partners-to drive timely, highquality resolution of issues across all workplace environments.

  • Uphold safety, security, compliance, and confidentiality standards to maintain a reliable, wellgoverned, and trusted workplace experience.

  • Contribute insights, observations, and recommendations that enhance service quality, streamline workflows, and elevate the overall employee, guest, and stakeholder experience.

Collaboration & CrossSupport

  • Work proactively and collaboratively across teams to anticipate needs and support colleagues, stakeholders, with a seamless, solutionoriented approach.
  • Partner with workplace, facilities, operations, and experience teams to deliver cohesive, endtoend service across all zones and work environments.
  • Assist with events, tours, executive engagements, and special onsite activities to help create a polished, wellcoordinated experience for employees and guests.
  • Provide flexible support across the site as needed to maintain consistent service standards and ensure smooth daily operations.

Experience and Education

  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, facilities management, business administration, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 15+ years experience in the real estate industry, with 10+ years in a managerial or leadership role.

  • Commercial lease transaction experience is essential.

  • Professional qualifications such as RICS, MCR, or recognised local real estate credentials are highly desirable.
