Head of Marketing, Asia Pacific to lead our regional marketing team, and we would love to hear from you. In this pivotal role, you will steer the strategic direction of our APAC marketing function, overseeing a high-performing team of marketing managers while operating as a hands-on player-coach. What You Will Be Doing
- Strategic Leadership & Demand Generation: Partner with regional commercial leaders to define and execute integrated digital marketing strategies that drive net new business, cross-sell, upsell, and customer retention across APAC
- Commercial & Data-Driven Excellence:Develop data-backed marketing plans, oversee budget allocation, and measure campaign outcomes to optimize lead flow and maximize revenue impact
- Team Inspiration & Player-Coach Culture: Guide and mentor a team of marketing managers, fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment while actively co-creating and executing innovative initiatives
- Cross-Functional & Brand Advocacy: Align closely with Sales, Product, Enablement, and central marketing teams to ensure brand consistency, activate go-to-market tools, and represent SHL through strategic partnerships and industry platforms
- Program & Operational Leadership: Spearhead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs, manage regional campaign calendars, and independently drive marketing projects from concept to completion, ensuring seamless execution across the region
What We Are Looking For From You
- Bachelor's degree with 6–8+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or solutions-driven businesses Deep knowledge of data-driven marketing, ABM methodologies, and sales-aligned demand generation strategies
- Proven marketing leadership experience, with a track record of mentoring teams and driving commercial growth
- Strong aptitude to assess complex market landscapes, manage budgets, and translate insights into integrated, high-impact campaigns
- Experience to collaborate across global and regional functions, influence executive stakeholders, and uphold SHL's brand standards
