Role Summary
The Head of AI Products, Services & Architecture is the single-point owner of AI strategy, architecture, andexecution across all Solverminds AI platforms.
This role is hands-on, graph-native, and product-led, combining deeptechnical leadership with strong executive communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end AI architecture across analytics, reasoning, agentic workflows, and Knowledge Graphs
- Define and evolve the Maritime Knowledge Graph as the foundation for all AI systems
- Lead and mentor AI Product Architects and the shared AI engineering team
- Own AI quality, correctness, safety, validation, and governance
- Drive AI services strategy
- Act as the AI spokesperson with customers, partners, regulators, and leadership
- Ensure AI initiatives align with business outcomes, not demos
Generic (Must-Have) Skills &Experience
- 12+ years in software / data / AI engineering with hands-on architecture ownership
- Deep experience with: LLMs, agent orchestration, RAG, reasoning system, Graph databases & knowledge modeling, Distributed, production-grade systems
- Strong system design thinking (trade-offs, scale, safety)
- Proven experience leading senior technical teams
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and articulation skills
- Able to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable presenting to C-suite and customers
