A large-scale organization is looking for a Head of AI, Engineering & Strategy to join their team.

Your new role

As Head of AI, you will be responsible for:

• Defining and executing the enterprise AI strategy, roadmap, and reference architecture.
• Leading and mentoring multidisciplinary teams across AI Engineering, ML, Data Science, and GenAI.
• Designing and scaling enterprise-grade GenAI and Agentic AI platforms, including RAG and AI agent frameworks.
• Establishing AI engineering best practices covering MLOps, LLMOps, AgentOps, governance, and observability.
• Driving the delivery of scalable, secure, and reliable AI products that create measurable business value.
• Partnering with senior business and technology stakeholders to prioritize AI investments and accelerate adoption.

What you'll need to succeed

• 15+ years of leadership experience in AI, ML, data, or software engineering.
• Deep expertise in AI/ML, GenAI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and AI platforms.
• Proven success delivering enterprise-scale AI transformation initiatives.
• Strong hands-on experience with cloud-native AI, MLOps, LLMOps, and platform engineering.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate business needs into AI solutions.
• Familiar with complex enterprise ecosystems, operating models, governance, and large-scale platform setup.
