pslove is the parent company behind Blood and No Days Off, two SEA-born challenger FMCG brands taking on entrenched incumbents in two of the toughest categories in personal care.
Blood is reimagining period care for women who refuse to feel apologetic about their periods. No Days Off speaks to parents navigating the relentless reality of parenthood. We're 70+ people, Series B (DSG Consumer Partners), with offices in Singapore, KL, Jakarta, Bangkok and Bangalore, and scaling fast. We sell across modern trade retailers (Watsons, Guardian, Lotus's, FairPrice, Alfamidi, and equivalents across the region) and e-commerce (TikTok Shop, Shopee, brand.com).
We are building brands that are commercially sharp, culturally alive, operationally disciplined and impossible to ignore.
We are now looking for a Head of Artificial Intelligence to build the AI-powered operating system for Blood and No Days Off, turning AI from scattered individual usage into company-wide workflows that improve revenue growth, profitability, productivity, decision quality, and functional excellence.
Role Summary
You will work directly with the founders and function leaders to identify the highest-value opportunities for AI across the company, redesign workflows, prototype AI-enabled systems, drive adoption, and build the operating mechanisms that help a 70+ person organization scale with the output and discipline of a much larger company.
This role is ideal for someone who has built internal platforms, operating mechanisms, or product-led transformation in complex organizations, and now wants to apply that experience in a high-growth consumer company where the impact is direct, fast, and visible.
Why this role exists
We're scaling across multiple brands, markets, and functions. AI is one of the few biggest levers we have to lift the quality of work across every function, and grow output far faster than we grow headcount. This role exists to make that real, not limited to prototypes or scattered experiments, but as AI built into how the business actually runs, day to day, function by function.
What you will own
You will drive AI across the entire organisation and across the full spectrum of use cases, including AI workflows that supercharge individuals, review work, automate processes, connect systems, or take on entirely new tasks altogether.
These use-cases will be deployed across both money-making functions (brand, growth, e-commerce, key accounts, market entry) and supporting/enabling functions (finance, supply chain, people, ops).

How the role works
You sit in the Founder's Office with an org-wide mandate, which means you partner with every function head rather than owning a single P&L. You'll work closely with the founders, Country GMs and Function Heads on prioritisation and with function leaders on execution.
