Head of Admissions - K12 International School

We are recruiting a Head of Enrollment/Admissions for a new, rapidly expanding K12 International School, benefiting from an affiliation with a larger established and premium authority. This pivotal leadership role requires a strategic, resilient thinker to drive ambitious growth via unique, data-centric campaigns.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the senior management, this role owns the entire family experience, from the first inquiry through final enrollment. Partnering with a lean admin and marketing team, you will oversee the strategy and personalized communication, coordinating family visits and tours, and managing the intricate application review process in collaboration with school leadership. As the brand ambassador, alongside the wider team, you will actively represent them at key community and industry events.

Requirements

The ideal candidate has a strong track record in admissions, enrollment management, or Sales professional within a premium/ high-touch service sector. You are agile, and must have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting while maintaining genuine professionalism and warmth. Technology and data fluency are a must, as is a high degree of multicultural sensitivity essential for our international setting.
