Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative Executive/Office Assistant based in Singapore, with the flexibility to work from home as needed. The individual will oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including handling office correspondence, organizing meetings, scheduling, and liaising with external stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include assisting in budget preparation, monitoring expenses, and ensuring timely invoicing and record-keeping. The role also requires maintaining accurate files, coordinating office supplies, and supporting broader team initiatives as required.

Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills to assess workflows, improve processes, and provide actionable insights
  • Knowledge or experience in finance, accounting, and budgeting roles
  • Experience in managing invoicing and expense tracking
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency with office software and tools such as spreadsheets and accounting software
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid office setup and manage tasks independently
  • Prior experience in administrative or office management roles is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Business Management, or a related field preferred
