Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore, allowing for a mix of in-office and remote work. The Head of Administration / Administration Manager / Office Assistant will be responsible for overseeing administrative functions, handling financial operations, managing budgets, and coordinating invoicing processes. The role also involves ensuring the efficient operation of day-to-day office activities and providing general support to the team to enhance productivity and organization.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to organize, interpret, and evaluate data effectively.
- Experience with financial management, including budgeting, accounting, and maintaining financial records.
- Competence in processing invoices and ensuring timely payments with attention to detail.
- Effective organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as budgeting software and office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with administrative and financial operations in a non-profit or entrepreneurial environment is an advantage.
