Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore, with flexibility for some remote work. As the Head of Administration/Office Manager/Administrative Assistant, you will oversee administrative operations, manage financial tasks such as budgeting and invoicing, and ensure the efficient day-to-day functioning of the office. Key responsibilities include supporting organizational processes, handling documentation, coordinating meetings, and serving as a liaison for internal and external stakeholders. You will play a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency while supporting the goals of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate and optimize operational processes
  • Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, accounting, and invoicing
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, presentation tools)
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Previous experience in administrative or office management roles preferred
